While I'm hoping we can earn some more insight in the remaining categories you mentioned in your review, I understand that life happens quickly and doesn't always afford the time to complete the workflow. Here's hoping that with the pay equity and correction work done in Q3 and Q4 of 2022 for the 2023 calendar year, your experience around total compensation improves.       Amazing company and amazing people I have had the pleasure of meeting this is my dream career and I am so happy to be apart of Cardinal i started as a leasing agent and worked my way up and it was very rewarding.

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
