      3rd party management can be very tricky. So you are aware, each budget is pre-loaded with payroll that is consistent in the market. This of course doesn't always mean that it feels that way for the people like you who bring all you have to the role each day.       Amazing company and amazing people I have had the pleasure of meeting this is my dream career and I am so happy to be apart of Cardinal i started as a leasing agent and worked my way up and it was very rewarding.

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
