      Thanks for your time to review. I think the takeaway here is to be more explicit on our end about the compensation in the offer letter that hits your inbox. Many times, our on-site interns are afforded discounted rent alongside the learning and advancement opportunities - freeing them up to focus on school while learning a business. Sounds however like there was a miss here. That aside, I'm curious as to why you ranked us so low in the sub-categories?       Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
