      Move in is definitely a challenge. It's the intersection of our best efforts to clean up from last residents, manage the late nights and high stress of turn, all culminating in meeting the expectations of parents just looking to make sure their kids are set up for success.       - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
