      I could go into the data here around pay equity and market analysis for each market, but it's not what I think you want to hear here. What I can go into though is an ask: With the change happening in the world which is going to escalate quickly, I want you to use your voice and turn to your team leads with the facts and data they would need to stand behind you and your concerns.       - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
