The hours: most technicians will work from 2:30-10 AM. The pay: rate is decent, a little less than hospital rates, a little more than retail, but in general you will be capped at 35 hours a week. This means that all interpersonal issues devolve into a one employee's word against another, leaving management reluctant to act.
