Terrible benefits. As a single person I paid $500 a month in benefits. Many nepo babies working here. If the Executive VP doesn't like you, prepare to get treated like CRAP. They will not help you if you have issues with board members or staff. No exit interview offered to me (although its noted in our handbook), nor was a farewell email but it is offered to other employees as standard. Terrible onboarding for onsite managers. Prepare to be LOST and accounting is terrible!
