Employee turnover and entry level positions hard to fill

Variety of work to do. Some physicians were easier to work for than others. Pay was good.

Hard to get physicians to agree on large expenditures. Some would try to push their own agenda. Some would go out and buy their own software and expect me to support it along with other corporate software the company already owned that did the same thing. Some managers would also go rogue.
