Very Demanding and challenging job

Small company, allows you to manage your own projects.

I was allowed freedom to manage my own projects but other members of the group did not offer any support. The environment was hostile and each member of the group was only willing to do bare minimum with onboarding new employees. Some tasks that were assigned were directed to be completed in ways that contradicted needs from other site members. This site also does not use safe laboratory practices, I had to buy my own chemical resistant gloves due to site not providing them.
