Their relationship with employees is very weak. There's an atmosphere of constant pressure and fear. There is no knowledge sharing between people. Technical documents on the intranet are generally out of date. All of the activities (like Friday beer etc.) that they perform for the staff are simple and for showing off on social media. It is managed by people who do not understand the technology and corporate management. They generally offer old devices as new devices for most of the companies(like hotels) they work with.
