- The company lacks real organization and innovation. - People are very disorganized and don't know how to better manage their work - Too many unnecessary meetings. They have a lot of meetings and just include everyone in it, including people that have nothing to do with it. 80% of people's time is just meetings - No free insurance despite working directly for an insurance company.
