This place used to be called East Orange General Hospital so look up those reviews. It is always hiring for a reason, I highly do not recommend working here. During my time here, I was harassed and treated horribly. Managers were extremely unprofessional and incompetent. HR is a joke since they are all friends with managers, so they get to treat you however they want with no consequences. There is no room for new employees and they treat you as such. I did not know people actually get away with this in a work environment. The pay rate is barely minimum wage even with a degree and experience. The facility is extremely outdated and rundown, and the neighborhood is unsafe. Toxic environment, I would never suggest working here.
