Dysfunctional leadership that is ethically challenged, lazy and favoritism oriented. Mass exit of over 25 good employees in one month (more than half are still looking to leave), yet Board of Directors is clueless and disengaged. They are poor stewards of tax dollars and consistently demonstrate poor performance due to mismanaged programs. It's sad since this is an organization very much needed in the community.
