While Carggo is a startup, it's benefits are on par with more established companies. Management is open to new ideas and the atmosphere is friendly and warm. The people are very passionate and committed to helping each other and customers. If you are looking for a place where you can make a difference and where people care about your development, this is a good place for you. You need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Multiple locations so you have to balance time zones to accomplish things. The company does use tools to help make it easier though.
