      While Carggo is a startup, it's benefits are on par with more established companies. Management is open to new ideas and the atmosphere is friendly and warm. The people are very passionate and committed to helping each other and customers. If you are looking for a place where you can make a difference and where people care about your development, this is a good place for you. You need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

      Multiple locations so you have to balance time zones to accomplish things. The company does use tools to help make it easier though.

      It's a fast paced environment with lots of opportunity for growth (personal and professional). There is a startup feel in the office, with something new happening most weeks. It's exciting to be part of something that is new and potentially disruptive to the industry.

      Communication is getting better, but it could be improved. Keeping everyone "in the loop" would help make things more cohesive.
