Cargill is a huge company and has many businesses under it's umbrella that are really doing well. But this shared service centre - CBS, Bangalore, that they have formed in the name of outsourcing is a big lie - staritng from recruitment. They paint a very positive image in order to recruit people. As has been pointed out in all the other reviews, the leadership team(sitting in private rooms) are unqualified to be leading a growing division of 1000+ employees. 1. Appraisals are very unjust and opaque 2. Managers micro-manage and are extremely transactional - practicing and preaching jugaad as a mantra/goal 3. Leads are the biggest jokers who talk a lot of high-funda stuff, and travel for free using company's AMEX card Please do not join this place unless you want to settle down.
