Management is demanding and expects perfection. General attitude is "make it happen!" Expectation is to work 50 or more hours per week. There is no recognition for a job well-done, just a new assignment and more work. Cargill is letting people go at record numbers due to off-shoring and outsourcing and this is creating havoc with systems and processes. HR and Finance is off shored to India or Costa Rica so there is virtually no support for employees unless they can speak Spanish or Hindi.
