      The good years at Cargill are gone. There some fantastic years and a great place to work. IT was great in early 2000. By 2010 on it's way down. Finally in 2014 I think it finally hit the lowest point possible.       Global company. Good experience gained to leave and find a better job.

      Third party managed services. Lack of compassion and respect for IT. IT is just viewed as a commodity. Exceptionally poor financial results and hideous bonus'.
