Moving up is based on kissing butt and favoritism. They wont hesitate on moving you to a harder position and keeping you there with the same grade pay. H.R worries more about protecting the company hen helping the employees when at times the company is at fault. Need work on the leads and supervisors for they like to talk down to the employees and treat them like its a sweat shop while they fall behind knowing that as a lead and part of food safety that the can and jump on the production line to help to catch up and to prevent a accident while working with knifes. l
