Not what they used to be - Recensione dipendente - Product Manager presso Cargill

They’ve been discreetly laying off large groups/ whole organizations. In times past, they’d find those employees new homes in digital/ IT but this year they just started cutting cohorts of people, irrespective of value of the individual to the company or the scarcity of their skillset. It smelled like when Target cut the entire Target CA organization without any concern for retaining top talent. New CEO, new CIO, and apparently a new culture which move against the current of prizing their people. Cost above value at Cargill, that’s how they do when times get tough.
