Upper management does not appreciate the hardworking, valuable employees that work for them daily. They will replace you at the drop of a hat. They will do nothing to make you want to stay. They hold the hands of employees who underperform and say it's 'coaching'. They do not realize that they can not coach someone who has zero initiative to want to learn their job.
