All the resources in the world are completely useless if you can't move quickly enough to take advantage of opportunities. Compensation in most cases is below average. Senior leadership, a traditional strength of the company, has gotten worse in recent years. In general, corporate culture is a strength but it varies widely by location and business unit with some very unhealthy corporate cultures allowed to continue in some locations.
