Weekly pay is the only pro.

Ther benefits are expensive about $200 a month. They show favoritism to certain drivers. They DO NOT GIVE INCENTIVES. As promised in training. They Hired me for a driver and had me helping for LOWER Pay several months before even getting a chance to drive. Then once I’m able to drive they NEVER HAVE ROUTES. Some weeks I get called in 1 day some twice. They basically use you and DO NOT CARE THAT You HAVE BILLS TO PAY. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. HR IS ONE LADY, who is RUDE, she will not listen to comprehend but instead to DEFEND THE COMPANY they had me signed up for benefits that canceled , and the hr lady was sounding upset as if it was my fault, this is a terrible company to work for if you have a family and bills especially. They over hire people all to not have enough routes for everyone. I’m hired full time but barely making 25 hrs minimum weekly
