      I have been working in Carisma for more than 2 years. They are providing breakfast and lunch,

      They squeezed us to the core. Similar to me many of them got relieved due to work pressure. I have escalated this to the HR team before submitting the resignation, but no use. Hence I had been left out with only one option to submit my resignation. Even during my Exit interview I have shared my experience with Female (HR team) but she handled me very rudely and unprofessional. I am aware that our Boss will give due respect to everyone which we can't expect it from HR.

      Good communication with all parties. Seemed like a positive working environment. Met with many staff members. Clean and modern office. Benefits seemed within market value. Very little paperwork to get started.

      These guys allowed a covid infected person inside the office premises risking everyone life back in 2021. Still no shame, no guilt. I had the option to file a complaint about these guys to Greater Chennai Corporation at that time but missed it. I regret for doing it at that time. The message these guys give their employees is 'either work and die here or simply sit at home jobless but at any cost you shouldn't go to a competitor company and live a good life including work life balance'.
