Fast paced environment with not enough employees to keep up

Coworkers in my department all agree on our position in the company

Lack of communications like policy changes or insurance changes and then when a chart comes up we are given a talking to. Negative employees that call out consistently or don’t pit in the work we do are shown favoritism and treatment but if you call out for a real reason you’re basically threatened. They claim to hire you because you’re nice but the culture of the office is mean girls and they are the favorites . New employees leave after just a few months bc their issues are not resolved.. they are told to work but out when asking for help. Managment gets too personal and doesn’t stick to job related issues. Managment is not present. They stay in the back and then tell you what you do wrong. Bit if you bring up an issue they say they aren’t up there so they don’t see it so you need to tell them. When you do, nothing is done . They constantly over book the schedule and punish the front desk and patients when it’s the scheduling team booking the appointments. Patients wait 2 hours for an appointment . The excuse is that emergencies and complications come up in the medical field but it’s a daily problem.
