My overall experience at Carly Rian was amazing. The people, regardless of hierarchy, are always very supportive and there is always an opportunity to get facetime with senior members. The camaraderie is probably the thing that stood out to me most - it is a fantastic culture. Overall: - Culture: "Get what you put in" environment; unlike large traditional consultancies you get ample client interaction. If you perform well and show an eagerness to learn, seniors let you take charge of projects and run from a more 'advisory' capacity. - Engagements: As above, the level of interaction with clients and senior executives is fantastic. This let me personally develop many industry relationships, many of whom are now friends. - Clients: Strong reputation with clients; although boutique, once they get in their clients tend to continually bring them on for engagements. - Growth: At the firm, there is a track/development plan to grow relatively quickly internally (assuming you perform). Many of the alumni (those who leave the firm) receive opportunities at other large consultancies or senior positions in industry.

- Not a household name yet like the large consulting firms, but decently known among those in the consulting industry.

Many team members left to roles related to past engagements after working closely with executives in strategy, process improvement, and innovation related groups Training: strong investments in creating well-rounded professionals with the analytical capabilities required for leadership roles

At the time that I joined the firm, it was a young company with immature processes and policies. Expect that this has improved over time.
