Overworked and underpaid. Yes, you can attend some of the most sought after events in Miami, however, you are not paid for paid overtime or compensated for additional work put in. It seems as if there is an unspoken rule about staying late or overworking to satisfy the egos of management. Upper-level staff like to talk down on supporting staff instead of assisting them in or communicating their shortcomings. It's not until things get bad, that any issues are brought to the forefront. Last, but certainly not least, if an employee is let go or quits, that person is the worst person ever and sucks at their job. No level of professionalism. You shouldn't talk bad about people who you vetted and hired. This is not high school, everyone is adults.
