Not great pay and lack of clear strategy

I love the fact that Carmoola places customers at the core, driving every decision with a focus on satisfaction, (I am very proud that I contribute to this!) The fast-paced vibes keep me on my toes, with each day bringing a new adventure of challenges... Every day is a chance to learn something new with great support and guidance! I'm part of a tight-knit crew, together, we turn challenges into victories, making every day feel like a shared adventure within the team. Fridays are extra special..... ALL employees have the opportunity to share nominations for hard work. Appreciation and acknowledgment certainly does go along way and makes you feel like a valued employee! I love the flexibility of remote working, I have more control of my work life balance Overall, I am so pleased that I work for a great start up company!
