This is in addition to a global presence consolidated, in over 15 years of internationalization, in every area of the world: from the USA to China, from Europe to India and South America.

It is not easy to work within a group with such complex dynamics. And sometimes it's not easy to be immediately in line with the different cultural approaches. This may be a risk for those not used to relate to very heterogeneous working groups.
