Worked in the Houston HQ. Nothing a pro other than the above market salary. I guess the higher salary is to retain people who choose money versus their self respect and fairness. If you can tolerate the culture, you will survive. It's either staff who have worked here forever or staff who left within a year or so.

Archaic management. Different rules for different people. Also noticed that the favorites of the Executive Leadership team manages to get their family members hired easily in the higher positions and get away with things. High turnover of staff including management team. The management expects staff to live and breathe this company. Toxic culture and work politics.

Pay is horrible. My job title has different salaries, depending on where I work. I would make less money working closer to the nearest city and would earn a dollar more if I worked further away. If they advertise a salary on the internet, they will negotiate with you to be paid at a lower salary, despite advertising differently. Corporate doesn't seem to care very much about their "front line" workers. Corporate puts an insane amount of stress on managers and in the long run will cost the company having good, dependable employees.
