Low pay, no advancement to full time, manager routinely missing, automating process to phase out hourly employees. Boy do these people love meetings even if there is nothing new to say they have a weekly meeting to cover nothing that last for at least and hour. The ACE program is a joke, they love the Toyota way with out really doing it.
