      • Poor pay but ‘okay’ if you’re based in Africa and desperate • The benefits package can be better, there’s no health insurance • There’s a culture of mass layoffs. Why hire so many people if you know you can’t sustain them? And it comes without prior notice • The company is not headed for profitability any time soon which the CEO keeps repeating, which makes sense why they keep doing mass layoffs • The work load can be overwhelming • You rarely get to see your teammates in person (e.g team offsites) which can lead to feeling disconnected or isolated

Every colleague is a joy to work with, is diverse in their background and highly experienced. The cofounders are incredible leaders that are grounded, inspiring, and hard-working. You are trusted and empowered to do your best work, and not micromanaged at all.
