In retrospect, the job gave me plentiful helpful experience in several ways on the transportation side of the automotive industry. Complementary skills obtained that definitely would be helpful in other industries in the future. At least that's how I feel about some of what I learned from working there. Raises given from performance criteria being reached and exceeded although I didn't get a raise however it was very small in it's amount in cents of a raise.
