The company provided opportunities to learn problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Fast-paced environment that helped build strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Like many manufacturing environments, workloads could become stressful during busy periods and communication between departments could sometimes be challenging.

When I worked there, it was a smaller and gave you more of the mom and pop feel. Some of the staff was very nice and friendly.

HR department was not professional and showed bias. Example: When requesting information relating to workplace discrimination, the HR person responded back and copied another employee.
