      Fantastic environment for growing as a person, as well as learning skills that can carry over to any career path. Zack is a very motivating person, and the core leadership of the office was fantastic. If you are willing to put in the work and time, the opportunity is endless. I ultimately had to relocate and find another job, but without a doubt, a position and company I would not hesitate to return to.

      This is as much a pro as a con, but you have to truly invest yourself in this position if you want to reach the upper echelon of the company, as well as your full potential in it.

      Carthage most definitely fosters personal growth. Throughout my time with them i developed communication and leadership skills that i will certainly use in my future endeavors. The team culture is also unmatched. Many networking and travel opportunities as well as team outings and "sports nights" kept things light while we continued to grind. The performance based growth structure also keeps people motivated and holds people accountable during slow times. Management created an atmosphere that very much emulated that of a sports team which, as an athlete, made me feel right at home

      Hours are slightly longer and unconventional, definitely not your standard 9-5 Things can get disorganized at times, however when i left management was focused on establishing structure and organization throughout the training process
