Clients are great and most of the staff are friendly. Also reasonable time off requests and happy to work around your schedule.

Office/management is very cliquey and is under qualified, doesn't take accountability only deflects blame and can be very emotionally draining

Employer keeps employees at hours that keep them just under the threshold for qualifying for benefits. Very common for an employee to need a second job to be able to afford cost of living in Bellingham. Employees can be put in situations where they are physically at risk from aggressive clients. Employees do a good job with exchanging information about risks with each other, management needs to be more thoughtful in listening to employees about risks.
