Current HR leadership is avoidant. Hostile, rude behavior by key players in the corp. office (HR generalist and Office Mgr (who made antisemitic comments about another worker and constantly gossiped and disparaged people ) was ignored instead of being swiftly dealt with. There is an "open door policy" (mentioned by said HR leader on several of these reviews) stating they encourage and take feedback seriously. Yet, when I directly contacted HR leadership with concerns, it was delegated to a middle mgr. to handle and the "open door" to the higher office remained closed. The abusive, demeaning, rude behavior on a daily basis by an HR generalist was swept under the rug and the office manager could be heard around the office gossiping (and even being disrespectful to CPO - who ignored it).
A truly disappointing work experience with exception of several very nice folks in other departments. Made for an interesting case study discussion in my HR course where we discussed compliance do's and don'ts.
