Principals will prevaricate rather than admit any culpability to a problem. IE: Not giving new instructions regarding a process resulting in process failure; becomes the employee's fault.
Unfortunately, the company decisions are based on subjective emotion rather than objective business practices.
Benefits have been cut steadily each year and raises are done as the principals "feel like it".
There are no yearly job reviews although they are always ready to "write someone up" if they feel a job hasn't been performed to their *unique* perspective of that job.
