- Underfunded division in BC and overall the worst place to work in the company. Eastern divisions have all the glory and this one rarely gets any attention. - Toxic culture with a plant manager who has no idea what’s going on in the plant and throws hissy fits when things go wrong, he works in his office most of the time and yet thinks he knows everything - The production manager has no respect on the floor and is always power-tripping. He is a very cold person, and will not listen to your perspective - Lots of union untrust caused by this toxic culture so you will be caught in the crossfire If you care about your mental health and well-being, DO NOT WORK HERE.
