Decent workplace. Poor management. - Recensione dipendente - Assembly Line Worker presso Cascades

4 month termination without any warning and when terminated without warning. I was working half way though my shift and then to i am being terminated for without any reason not being not told anything why just told that I am terminated immediately. Tryed to call hr did not hear back from them. Training staff are only there for less then 3 days or so. One of them told me he waiting for the place to be shut down. The maintenance staff do sweet all all with there time (often wait very long times for machine to get back running) The hr department is head scratching confusing along with management (though they were nice) at not telling me anything. But confusing never being told where I needed to go often. Just overall was very confusing there on what I should be doing. Had me trained on 3+ machines and not even sure why half the time they putted me on them.
