People, employer paid health with contribution, decent bonus if your capable- meaning you work hard and learn the ropes. A nice variety of projects- heavy in retail and service sector. Some big brand clients. Fast pace (seriously) and almost no micromanagement. Some may find the place to harsh for taste. Not your fathers engineering firm. Once you get locked into your role, you can be set for life.

Antiquated flex time allowances (changes maybe in the works). Could use a IT and BIM guru. Some employees slack way too much while others pick up their slack. A lack of actual standards. Not enough folks to mentor leading mediocre deliverables. Upper management needs to hire real managers. The only way to move up is- your personal drive, intellect and ability to work with others without loosing your cool. If you want to be in middle management in five years... not here. more like 10+ years.
