Nearly every employee has many years experience and seems disoriented when someone under 30 is described to them as being a coworker. Department management seems more interested in how much meat they can consume vs. how many improvements can be made to the operation. From a technical perspective, Casey’s lacks nearly everything except email. Laughable IT. Most workers wouldn’t be able to clock-in without instruction or perform basic functions of Microsoft Office. Everyone sends everyone an email to the point of absurdity. Casey’s indiscriminately pays any bill sent to them - something contractors learned to expect from the company, so Casey’s pays unnecessarily high bills with alarming regularity. There are also a tremendous amount of issues with their fuel equipment regarding fuel contamination so I would HIGHLY recommended never using their gas unless you think poorly of your vehicle.
