      Great flexibility with my schedule. Management is pleasant to deal with. Has a team-based focus.

      Pay is mediocre, but it is a gas station. Reliable staff is harder to come by at the moment.

      Its close to my home

      Corporate dosent care. They dont maintain equipment or property leave employees to suffer the back lash when customers can't get gas or a slushy. The ac was broken during a heat advisory where feels like was in the low hundreds. They do not allow breaks. Somedays you may go 7 or 8 hours with out even a restroom break.
