It's just another publicly traded company, who constantly cut perks and benefits to please shareholders. They love to act like they're a big family, but that wears off quickly; every thing they do is carefully calculated for the shareholders. They lack transparency and withhold information when it benefits them. The famous line around the office is "it used to be better" when talking about almost anything that was for the employees.
