Cash Practice has the best environment to work in hands down! There is no drama, and everyone supports one another to reach their goals and become successful. We do weekly team meetings to connect, quarterly team training, fun team bonding events yearly, holiday parties, and birthday parties every month. Camaraderie is very important to us. The management from the top down believes in us, is very supportive, understanding, and fair. In addition to working with some incredible people, I have a strong sense of purpose for serving our members and helping them grow their businesses, which brings fulfillment to my life. CP is hands down home to me, and I'm looking forward to many more years here.
