Easy-going, great company to work for. Never felt micromanaged and any questions/concerns you have will be answered promptly. Company keeps you informed of any changes in policies and does its best to get you the best benefits possible. If you are eligible for promotion or bump in pay, they let you know right away. Some companies will not approach you about those kinds of things until you ask for it, which is not a good look. Castalia does not do that! All employees were very nice and helpful. Did not waste time with an abundance of unnecessary meetings. Things that could be communicated by a simple e-mail usually are.

Limited contracts and they typically are a sub. Guidance on time sheets can be confusing if you are not working the traditional 9-5, M-F schedule.
