They use the cats in the office to breed and expect staff to take care of them. Micromanaging. Expect staff to OT with no compensation. Working through weekends are hardly compensated. Expected to answer to stupid, non urgent questions from them off work hours. Expected to work on weekends. Likes to use “if you don’t like it you can always leave” as a threat whenever the employees try to fight for their rights. No proper HR. The person who handles HR doesn’t even know the employment laws thoroughly. If you don’t call them out on something they can’t wiggle out of, they will just take advantage of it. All in all it’s a terrible place to work in with bosses who think they own you and you are expected to be at their beck and call whenever they want.
