Oh boy there are so many 1. high turn over rate (if this is honestly the least of your concern, continue reading it gets worse) 2. Bosses shout at some employees (especially the foreigners) just because he has a bad day 3. watch the cctv and listen to your conversations 4. Nothing you say or do is ever right especially in marketing, they protect a specific colleague because she’s in a way affiliated to them and you’ll realise you’re often having to cover for her (which includes getting scolded and doing more work) 5. if you’re doing marketing or design, RUN. None of your marketing strategies or designs are ever good enough for them (even with research done), the boss will only approve if it’s something she likes, doesn’t even matter if your strategy is correct and hers is wrong. 6. You’ll have long meetings with 0 agenda which theyll then provide to use this time to say on you about how you’re the worst and after the meeting they’ll say that u haven’t finish certain work because you didn’t manage your time well, but basically it’s just because the meeting is too long lmao and for no reason at all 7. The boss often say to workers if the workers were to want to complain to M. O. M, he doesn’t care. Says he has people on the inside 8. Heard from one of my colleague that he thr eaten to hit him. If the colleague want to complain can go ahead, the boss says “at most pay fine only” 9. There are so many more but i’m too tired to type it out so just save yourself :”)
