Supervisors really try hard to support everyone. Director will take whatever time she has to sit down and address concerns- even outside of normal working hours. Director sends reminders to convert session, shares the hard work she is putting in to convert sessions, and invites others to join her to convert appointments. Supervisor will ask if all is ok and will help wherever she can, even if she has explained the programs more than once already. Tutors who have had the cases will help you out when they can with successful tips and tricks.

HR is never around and is hard to reach out to. Too many people to notify when you need to take time off. Thrown on cases without consent or knowledge of the case. Always seeing "cover shift" on your schedule- little/no stability. Don't have enough support when supervisor and director are handling clients in crisis.
