HR continually ignores their own written policies. Merit increases are not allocated by the rating manager, but by the current direct. Nepotism is rampant through every department. Power-politics always result in conflict and inefficiency. It doesn't matter what you achieve or how hard you work for them as I did - you get nothing if you're not part of the "click" or one of the favored. Expenses are completely misallocated - paid lunches every day and not on training? Most importantly - managers at all levels are mangers and not leaders. It's a totally dysfunctional family.
